CalmSky terms and refunds

Plain English, on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email hello@calmskyapp.com and a person will answer.

The short version. CalmSky costs US$59 for one year, charged today. It renews at the same price each year until you cancel, and we email you before it renews. Cancel anytime. If it isn’t for you, tell us within 30 days of paying and we refund the whole amount.

What you are buying

CalmSky is a fear-of-flying program built on graded exposure: real and animated first-person flights, from booking to touchdown, that you practise at your own pace. Your purchase gives you access to the CalmSky app and every flight in it for one year from the day you pay. CalmSky is an educational and self-help program; it is not medical care and does not replace a doctor or therapist. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Price and renewal

The price is US$59 for one year, charged in full on the day you buy. Your card statement shows CALMSKY.
Your subscription renews automatically at US$59 a year on the anniversary of your purchase, using the payment method you gave us, until you cancel.
We email you before each renewal (at least 7 days before, and at least 15 days before where the law asks for it) with the amount, the date and how to cancel.
If the price ever changes, you will hear from us before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee

If CalmSky isn’t for you, email hello@calmskyapp.com with the address you paid with within 30 days of your first payment. We refund the full US$59, no questions, usually the same day; it takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
After a renewal, tell us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we refund that renewal in full.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Once refunded, your access ends.

Cancelling

Cancelling is as easy as signing up. Open your billing page (it emails you a sign-in link for the address you paid with) and press Cancel, or email hello@calmskyapp.com and we cancel the same day and confirm by email. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing further is charged. The same billing page lets you update your card and download receipts.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By paying you allow us, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the first payment and for each renewal under these terms. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may add its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee.

Your account and fair use

Your purchase is for you, on your own devices. Please don’t share your access or copy the flights. We may suspend access that is being shared or resold, after telling you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do, and material changes are emailed to subscribers before they apply. CalmSky is made by Appstudio Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law and US state automatic-renewal laws.
